MCWRA Board of Director Elections; Call for Additional Nominations
On behalf of the MCWRA Governance Committee, there is a call from its executive membership representatives for additional nominations for the MCWRA Board of Director 2022 – 2025 term.
MCWRA has extended the nomination process through close of business on Monday, April 4, 2022.
MCWRA is seeking to elect two (2) Board Directors from its Executive Membership; one elected Water Board Director and one elected County Supervisor, in that capacity. The two Directors with vacant seats include:
- Neil Cochran, Director, Foresthill Public Utility District
- Brian Oneto, Supervisor, County of Amador
Nomination Process
The Governance Committee shall, through the Secretary, solicit for qualified, interested candidates from its Executive Membership (Chief Executives). Solicitation for additional candidates is now open and will remain open until close of business, Monday, April 4, 2022.
Each executive member representative (general manager/CAO) has been solicited for additional nominees. You may submit candidate name/s for consideration for nomination by the MCWRA Governance Committee by completing the Candidate Interest Statement (page 3) and returning an emailed/scanned copy to Director Barbara Balen, Secretary, MCWRA no later than close of business on Monday, April 4, 2022.
