Sierra West Consultants, Inc. specializes in civil and environmental engineering, water resources, construction management, and project administration for private and governmental clients in Northern California.  Sierra West is a small business enterprise (SBE) established in 2005 to provide senior-level professionals who are committed to developing practical and cost effective solutions for our client’s needs.  Sierra West has the hands-on experience bringing together multidisciplinary teams necessary to execute small- to large-scale civil and environmental engineering projects.  Our civil engineering expertise is focused in water distribution system modeling, planning and management studies, system designs, and construction management.
