- The first DWR Mountain Counties Regional Forum on Water Management andPlanning is scheduled for Monday, April 2, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. The primary meeting location will be in El Dorado Hills, with satellite locations in Sonora and Oakhurst. - On Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 2 P.M., at the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors meeting, Supervisor Ray Nutting and El Dorado County Water Agency General Manager Dave Eggerton, will be sponsoring a presentation by Dr. Roger C.
