Dr. Roger Bales to speak on Watershed in the Sierra Nevada

On Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 2 P.M., at the El Dorado County Board of Supervisors meeting, Supervisor Ray Nutting and El Dorado County Water Agency General Manager Dave Eggerton, will be sponsoring a presentation by Dr. Roger C. Bales on watershed in the Sierra Nevada.
Dr. Bales is a Professor of Engineering and the Director of the Sierra Nevada Research Institute at U.C. Merced (amongst other titles). As a lead researcher, Dr Bales will discuss cutting edge science on the management of fuels in the Sierra Nevada and its effects on water quality and quantity.
