Mountain Counties Water Resources Association (MCWRA) submitted a letter to South Coast Water District in support of the Doheny Ocean Desalination Project. MCWRA understands that addressing the state’s water needs will take a united effort, and the mountain counties region recognizes the District’s commitment to relieving the strain on existing water resources in the North State and mountain counties regions.
