Assemblymember Frank Bigelow has been added to the Joint MCWRA / ACWA Region 3 program.

Assemblymember Bigelow has an important role for Mountain Counties as he is Vice Chair of the Assembly Water, Parks, & Wildlife Committee and Chair of the Assembly Rural Caucus.
