Legislative Rural Caucus Connects with the Mountain Counties Water Resources Association
Assemblymember Frank Bigelow: As chair of the Legislative Rural Caucus, it is my privilege and duty to stand up for rural California in Sacramento. One way to do this is to team up with other organizations that also represent those areas and their priorities. With a lot of attention being paid to water issues in the coming legislative session, it is important to create a link between rural legislators and water resources leaders in the mountain counties.
This is an important partnership that will allow rural California representatives to more effectively represent their constituents.
