Onsite Registration Fee: $35 – as space permits (Registration fee includes: meeting materials & lunch) Visa or Mastercard payments can only be accommodated online until the registration deadline, October 11. Onsite registration payments must be with cash or check. All registration payments are due by October 11, 2013. The registration deadline is October 11, or until space is full. Cancellations must be received in writing by 5 p.m. on October 11, to receive reimbursement.
