MCWRA Letter to Governor Brown

MCWRA sends a letter to Governor Jerry Brown to applaud his recent comments to the farming community in Colusa relevant to northern California water rights. The letter also said the State should make a similar commitment to protect the Delta headwaters in the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
