MCWRA / North State Water Alliance Comments on DSC’s Final Draft Delta Plan

As the Delta Stewardship Council (Council) takes up the matter of crafting the final Delta Plan, the North State Water Alliance raises concern regarding the way the Draft Delta Plan addresses “reduced reliance on the Delta” and “increased regional self-reliance” with respect to water supplies in Northern California within the Delta watershed
