Dec. 3, 2011 – DWR Releases Climate Change Handbook for Regional Water Planning

On December 1, 2011, DWR and EPA issued joint press releases announcing the publication of the Climate Change Handbook for Regional Water Planning.
The Handbook was developed by the California Department of Water Resources (DWR), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Resources Legacy Fund, and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
