The California Department of Water Resources and the Bureau of Reclamation has announced the opportunity for public comment on the first amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement regarding the planning, preliminary design and environmental compliance for the Delta Habitat Conservation and Conveyance Program in connection with the BDCP.
