On Friday, September 2, the Association’s Legislative Committee recommended an oppose letter on AB 685.
AB 685 Author (Eng) (coauthors Fong and V. Manual Perez) (coauthor Senator Wolk). OPPOSE. The bill would declare that it is the policy of the State that every human being has the right to clean, affordable, and accessible water for human consumption, cooking, and sanitary purposes, that is adequate for the health and well-being of the individual and family.
