You will want to attend this meeting. Rita Schmidt-Sudman will moderate the program and you will hear from Phil Isenberg, Michael Jackson, Jim Metropulos, and Roger Patterson. Each will discuss their views and perspectives on critical issues relevant to the Sierra Nevada Watershed .
- Delta pumping restrictions – are they justified
- Delta / Sierra Nevada Watershed – can one survive without the other
- Delta Legislation forthcoming – upstream tributaries and how it will effect operational deliveries
- New Fees / Beneficiary Pays / Mandates – who should pay, who will benefit, who will not
- Area of Origin Water Rights – can they be protected and at what cost
- Storage versus Conservation – can the State get by without additional storage
