John has lived in El Dorado County since 1979 and worked for Placer County Water Agency and El Dorado Irrigation District for 22 1/2 years. John has experience with statewide and regional organizations such as Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA), California Municipal Utilities Association (CMUA), Regional Water Authority (RWA), and California Urban Water Conservation Council (CUWCC) and legislative experience.
